Inshore Experience Lda gives great value on the right to privacy of its Users. This Privacy Statement applies to all websites and domains owned by Inshore Experience Lda (hereinafter, “the Inshore Experience Lda websites”) and reports the practices adopted in terms of privacy protection pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 6/30/2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, “Privacy Code”) and art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”): specifically, it explains what data is collected and for what purposes, as well as how this data is processed and used.
We therefore invite you to read the following carefully before providing us with any personal data. By using the Websites and Products of Inshore Experience Lda, you consent, in fact, to the processing of your personal data by Inshore Experience Lda in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration itself. If you do not agree with the terms of this Statement, please DO NOT use the Websites and Products of Inshore Experience Lda.

- Collection of personal information
To better serve and have a more in-depth knowledge of the needs and interests of its Users, Inshore Experience Lda collects, exports and uses personal information after having presented adequate information and having obtained explicit consent.
For example, when placing orders for products or services, requesting information, subscribing to support and marketing materials, registering or registering Inshore Experience Lda products, you must provide personal data to complete the registration process. The personal data which, in these cases, may be requested concern: contact information (for example, name, address, telephone number and e-mail address), information such as personal codes and passwords, data to allow billing and various transactions, preferences regarding products and services.
If the User publishes, comments or shares personal information, including photographs, on any forum, social network, blog or other similar forum of Inshore Experience Lda, he must be aware that such personal information can be read, viewed, collected or used by other Users of these forums and could be used to contact him, send him unsolicited messages or for purposes over which neither the User nor Inshore Experience Lda have control. Inshore Experience Lda is not responsible for the personal information that the User decides to send to these forums.
1.1 Registration
During registration, personal data may be requested: name, e-mail address, address, and choice of a password. Inshore Experience Lda sends each visitor and/or customer a welcome email, with a request to verify the email address provided.
It is very important to enter a valid email, as purchase confirmations, download links, activation keys, product and support information will be sent to this address. If an e-mail address is not valid, the associated password could be deactivated by Inshore Experience Lda.
1.2 Purchase
When you purchase a product on the Inshore Experience Lda websites, you are asked for contact, billing and shipping information. These data will be used to process the order, to make the payment, and to ship the ordered products. If problems occur during the purchase process, an Inshore Experience Lda representative will contact the User by e-mail, telephone, fax or post in order to resolve them.
It is useful to specify that during transactions, no credit card number is recorded and that the essential data (credit card numbers, validation number, etc.) are managed entirely by PayPal (for further information on the security of transactions and the Privacy policy adopted, visit the website www.paypal.com) or from other payment services.
Finally, it should be specified that Customers residing in countries other than Italy who order Inshore Experience Lda Products online through the appropriate international Stores can consult the Privacy policy adopted directly on the website of the e-commerce platform provider.
1.3 Download
When downloading a demo version, free software or files in general, personal data such as the e-mail address may be requested. Where appropriate, this email address will be used to send process-related messages, such as download links, activation keys, support information, and upgrades for the software in question.
1.4 Data from sites, emails and apps
In addition to the information provided, Inshore Experience Lda may also collect data during the User’s visit to an Inshore Experience Lda Website, using commonly used automatic tools such as, for example, cookies, Web beacons and embedded links. These tools collect some standard information on the traffic that the browser sends to the Inshore Experience Lda websites, such as, for example, browser type and language, access times and address of the website from which you arrived.
Information on the IP (Internet Protocol) address, clickstream behavior (i.e. pages visited, links opened and other actions undertaken by the User in connection with the Inshore Experience Lda Websites) and product information may also be collected.
Finally, Inshore Experience Lda can use some of the automatic data collection tools listed above also to analyze its applications and the e-mail messages it sends: in this way it can, for example, collect information on the use of applications, on the opening messages or clicks on links contained in the messages themselves.
- How the information collected is used
The information collected by Inshore Experience Lda is used without the express consent of the User (art. 24 letter a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for various purposes including, for example:
- Assist the User in completing a transaction or order;
- Fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing relationships with you;
- Provide technical support and customer service.
The information collected by Inshore Experience Lda is used with specific and distinct consent (Articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and Article 7 of the GDPR), for various purposes including, for example:
- Present products and services to the User;
- Provide personalized promotional offers;
- Request opinions or feedback from the customer and offer them the opportunity to try software;
- Seek and implement product improvements and updates;
- Allow the User to refer a friend (Refer-a-Friend) who may be interested in our offers, as permitted by law;
- Select the contents to be presented to the User;
- Measure the performance of marketing initiatives, advertising and websites of Inshore Experience Lda;
- Carry out Remarketing and Behavioral Targeting activities.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1 is mandatory. In their absence, Inshore Experience Lda will not be able to guarantee its services.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 2 is instead optional. The User can therefore decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case, he will not be able to receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material relating to the Services offered by Inshore Experience Lda. However, he will continue to have right to the Services referred to in point 1.
Specifically, Inshore Experience Lda may use the personal information collected to periodically contact the User in order to send him important information on its Products, Services and/or Websites. Only upon specific request by the User, Inshore Experience Lda may also send newsletters information, with special offers and/or with other opportunities offered by partner companies that may be of interest to you.
The User can choose which types of communications to receive from Inshore Experience Lda and revoke his consent at any time through his online User Profile or by contacting Inshore Experience Lda directly.
Furthermore, if the User no longer wishes to receive these communications, he can revoke his subscription (art. 130 c. 4 of the Privacy Code) by clicking on the appropriate link contained directly in the message of the e-mails that are sent to him. After the cancellation request, the User’s e-mail address will be removed from the Inshore Experience Lda mailing list as soon as possible, normally before the next mailing. No further commercial communications will be sent: if necessary, however, service communications may be sent, for example relating to ongoing transactions.
- Methods of treatment
The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 (Privacy Code) and art. 4 no. 2 (GDPR) and precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
The User’s personal data is subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.
Inshore Experience Lda will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes and for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for the Marketing Purposes.
- Disclosure of Collected Information
Without the need for express consent (ex art. 24 letter a), b), d) of the Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b) and c) of the GDPR, the User’s data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in paragraph 2:
- To Inshore Experience Lda employees and collaborators in Italy and abroad, in their capacity as persons in charge and/or internal appointee data processors and/or system administrators;
- To third-party companies or other subjects (as an indication, credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of Inshore Experience Lda, in their capacity as external appointee for the treatment.
Inshore Experience Lda does not sell, rent, transfer or cede the personal information of its Users to third parties, except as indicated in this Declaration or to comply with legal obligations.
Inshore Experience Lda may share some information with its partners for marketing or promotional purposes: in these cases, the data will always and only be provided in aggregate form so as not to allow connection to identifiable personal data.
The profile and contributions of the Users on the Inshore Experience Lda Websites will be published and will be identifiable by the User’s name expressed in one of the forms provided, at the User’s choice. In any case, Inshore Experience Lda will not communicate the e-mail address or other data of a registered User to other Users of the Site, much less will it publicly display them without prior authorization from the User.
- Links to other websites
The Inshore Experience Lda websites may contain links to third party websites for informational purposes. Inshore Experience Lda does not control these external websites or their conduct in terms of privacy. For these reasons, external websites are not covered by this Privacy Statement.
Inshore Experience Lda therefore invites Users to carefully examine the privacy policy and settings of the websites and social media with which they interact to make sure they understand what information could be shared by these sites.
- Accessing, Updating or Correcting Customer Data
The User can review and update the personal information provided during registration, by directly accessing his online User Profile if it is present, in any case to modify, correct, anonymize or delete his data, the User can send an e-mail to the Inshore Experience Lda Customer Service (info@inshoreexperience.com) or send a letter to:

- Protection of personal information
To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure and ensure the protection and correct use of the personal information stored in its systems, Inshore Experience Lda adopts the necessary physical, technical and administrative measures. For example, access to personal information is restricted to only those employees who are reasonably believed to have access to it, and processes such as password hashing are employed to protect data from unauthorized access.
All transactions made on the Websites by Credit Card are protected by encryption: Inshore Experience Lda uses the Secure Socket Layer, SSL protocol. No credit card number is recorded, and even during the transaction the essential data (credit card numbers, validation number, etc.) are managed entirely by PayPal or other payment services.
Inshore Experience Lda uses certain sub-processors, suppliers and content distribution networks (eg: Service Data Storage, Mail Marketing, Payment Gateway, etc.) to assist it in providing its services. Inshore Experience Lda requires its sub-processors to fulfill obligations equivalent to those required by Inshore Experience Lda and in accordance with the GDPR.
While adopting technical and organizational measures to protect Users’ personal information from unauthorized or illegitimate processing and from loss, destruction or damage to data, Inshore Experience Lda is unable to guarantee the security of this information in an absolute manner.
- Privacy of minors
Inshore Experience Lda does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and its websites are aimed at a general public. In the event that a minor, who Inshore Experience Lda knows is under the age of 13, sends personal information, the data collected will only be used to respond directly to that child and to inform him of the need to obtain the consent of his parents/guardians. Inshore Experience Lda encourages parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.
- Rights on the privacy of the User
In your capacity as an interested party, the User has the rights pursuant to art. 7 Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of:
- To request to provide information regarding the Personal Data processed concerning him;
- To rectify, update or supplement any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data concerning him;
- To delete or request the deletion of Personal Data concerning him;
- In certain circumstances, to limit the way Inshore Experience Lda processes the User’s Personal Data concerning him;
- To revoke any consent that the User has granted to Inshore Experience Lda to process the Personal Data concerning him;
- To object to the processing of his Personal Data based on the legitimate interests of third parties;
- To obtain the portability of the Personal Data concerning him and which Inshore Experience Lda processes using automated tools on the basis of his consent or a contract he has entered into with Inshore Experience Lda;
- In the European Economic Area, file a privacy breach complaint with a supervisory authority if the User is not satisfied with the way Inshore Experience Lda has handled his Personal Data or any request regarding User privacy.
- Changes to the Privacy Statement
If it deems it appropriate, Inshore Experience Lda reserves the right to modify this Privacy Statement. In the event of changes, the updated Declaration will be published on the Inshore Experience Lda Websites with the new revision date in order to allow all Users to be informed about the way in which the data collected is used, and under what circumstances they can be disclosed.
If the User continues to access or use the Website after such publication, it is assumed that the User has accepted these changes. The User is advised to periodically check this document to verify any changes.
Inshore Experience Lda also reserves the right to provide, at any time and without notice, to eliminate or make changes or updates to the Website and its Contents.
Inshore Experience Lda reserves the right at any time, with immediate effect, without notice, at its sole discretion and for any reason, to limit, refuse or interrupt, in whole or in part, access to the Website, or to part of it, by any User.
- Language of these Terms of Use
If Inshore Experience Lda provides a translation of the Italian language version of this Privacy Statement, the User accepts that this translation is provided only for his convenience and that the contractual relationship with Inshore Experience Lda will be governed by the Italian language versions.
If there are inconsistencies between the Italian version of the Privacy Statement and the translation, the Italian version will prevail.
